The project faced challenges in creating a layout with one side remaining sticky while the other scrolled. Key issues included aligning both sections correctly, maintaining responsiveness across devices, and ensuring smooth behavior when content height varied. These were resolved through careful layout adjustments and custom styling.

The Solutions

The key solution is to ensure proper layout planning and structure from the beginning, especially for sections involving sticky and scrollable elements. We applied custom CSS to define consistent height and spacing across both sections, ensuring smooth alignment and scroll behavior. To maintain responsiveness, the layout was adapted using viewport-based units and tested across devices. We also clearly defined breakpoints and adjusted element visibility to ensure the sticky effect performed well on desktop while maintaining usability on mobile and tablet views.

Website Design

The Hakimi Gear platform features a clean, modern design focused on readability and ease of use. The typography uses Plus Jakarta Sans for both headings and body text, creating a consistent, professional look. The color palette combines #13191E (Rich Black), #3971BB (Celtic Blue), #2C2C2C (Jet), and #68AEFF (Ruddy Blue) delivering a balanced and engaging interface that enhances user navigation and interaction throughout the site.
