1. Accepted Payment Methods

Latitude Innovation Sdn Bhd accepts payments through authorised payment channels specified in our official quotations, invoices, or payment instructions, including bank transfers and supported online payment gateways.

2. Project Payment Schedule

Website design and system development projects are subject to the payment milestones stated in the accepted quotation or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received before the corresponding services or deliverables are released.

3. Recurring Billing

Hosting, website maintenance, software subscriptions, and other recurring services may be billed monthly or annually.

Where automatic recurring payment is enabled, customers authorise the agreed recurring charges according to the selected billing cycle.

Customers may request cancellation in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Late Payments

Invoices must be paid by the stated due date.

Late payments may result in payment reminders, applicable contractual late charges, or service suspension following appropriate notice.

5. Taxes

All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable SST unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any applicable SST will be shown on the relevant invoice.

6. Payment Confirmation

Payment is considered completed only after successful receipt and verification.

Customers should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference for future enquiries.

7. Billing Disputes

Customers should notify Latitude Innovation promptly if an invoice contains an error or an unauthorised charge.

Disputed charges will be reviewed before a resolution is communicated.
