How to set up an email on Android Device
The whole point of purchasing a smartphone is the access to your e-mail and the Internet, right? Well, check out this tutorial if you are having trouble setting up your e-mail account on your new device.
- Look for the Email icon/Mail application on your smartphone, add a new email
- Select “Other”
- Enter email address sample: user@Example.com, password. Then press MANUAL SETUP continue “Sign in”
- The Mail Options will allow you to setup with POP3, IMAP or Microsoft Exchange ActivSync. Select “IMAP“
For incoming server settings, please refer to the below screenshots for example. Please use IMAP as your incoming mail server as recommended.

example. if your domain name is www.abc.com, your mail server will be “mail.abc.com”PORT: 143

How to set up an email on iOS Device
- Look for the Email icon/Mail application on your smartphone, add a new account
- Select “OTHER”
- Add mail account
- Add email address
